I started out on this project getting on for two years ago and it seemed a long way in the future. At times, I questioned the point of it: it didn’t look much. Then I started to see the completed work taking shape: it is complete in my mind. I’m now about 80% there and impatient to arrive. That’s why I’m slowly revealing my journey, leading to the piece itself.
